I placed my order, when will I recieve it?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we confirm inventory, we will ship your order and send you a tracking number. If you order requires Local Delivery, Curbside or White Glove delivery we will contact you to make arrangements.

Why do you charge so much for delivery?
Customers have become conditioned to expect free shipping when they buy online. The reality is free shipping isn’t actually “free”. More often it is worked into the product price before you checkout.
Flooring is unique, and heavy! Often the cost of shipping will exceed the cost of the actual flooring being purchased. To offer you the best possible price, we keep the shipping cost separate from the price. We offer numerous shipping options and have a dedicated delivery team that offers different types of shipping.
Where can you deliver flooring?
Big or small, Our dedicated shipping team can deliver to your home, cottage, condo or apartment. Contact us for full details.
Will my flooring look the same in person as the photos on your website?
Product photos, colour swatches, room shots may not be an accurate representation of the actual colour or grade of flooring. We suggest seeing all of our options in person prior to purchase. We have a beautiful showroom located at 266 Speers Road, Oakville.
Shipping Policy
Speers Flooring delivery dates or lead times are estimated and subject to change. We cannot guarantee the date or time your order arrives.
All deliveries from Speers Flooring or it's agent's must be accepted on their first attempt. If a delivery is not accepted, Speers Flooring reserves the right to charge a no-show fee to reschedule a delivery.
Delivery(Curbside): This is a standard curbside drop off. We will unload material in the driveway or garage however we will not enter the home. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the material be taken into the home immediately. It is the customer's responsibility on the day of delivery to give the delivery truck full access to the drop off location. Speers Flooring has sole discretion to cancel a delivery if the these conditions are not met.
Delivery (White Glove Service): Speers Flooring delivery team will unload your order from our truck or van and deliver directly into your home. This delivery service does not include delivery into a specific room of your home. We will unload your order inside the room immediately beyond the entry way door.
Order Inspection: Once the order has been delivered, it is the customers responsibility to inspect the delivery for missing items or damages. It is the customers responsibility to inspect material. Any claims must be recorded at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on Tools & Accessories 30 days from delivery for full refund*. The product must be in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. We do not offer complimentary shipping returns.
*Subject to manager approval
Engineered & Solid Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl, Laminate, Cork, Gym Flooring along with any related transition pieces are non returnable. We cannot accept returns. We highly recommend viewing the product in person. Photos of flooring on our website have colour variation and are for reference only, please visit our showroom for in person viewing. Any approved returns are subject to a restocking charge determined by management.
Clients are responsible to confirm all measurements and calculations before ordering material. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products before installing as no claims can be made after product is installed. Defective material may be replaced, however no costs for labour will be assumed.
If you placed an online order and would like to return the item, please email info@speersflooring.com with your Order Number, item(s) you'd like to return.
Once your return request is submitted, we will get back to you as soon as possible upon review. Approval may take up to 4-5 business days and requests may be declined if items do not satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy.
